Torcross Boathouse is currently recruiting for the following part time and full time positions starting on or around 20th March 2023.

• General assistants for school holiday time
• One part time live in job for a general assistant

Salaries are according to age and experience:

Age 16-18

Min wage £5.28 Boathouse pay £5.50 – £6.00

Age 18-20

Min wage £7.49 Boathouse pay £7.50- £9.00

Age 21/22

Min wage £10.18 Boathouse pay £10.30- £11.00

Age 23 plus

Min wage £10.42 Boathouse pay £10.50 – £12.50

No experience needed as full training given. Wage depends on age and experience. Great working conditions i.e Discount on food, Breaks on the beach, Spacious work environment with views of the lake and the sea.
